Youth Centres in Cardiff 

Covid-19 has put many things on pause. The good news is that some Youth Centres around Cardiff still have great ways for you to get support.

Most Youth Centres are offering in-person appointments which are limited to 1:1’s and small targeted group work of no more than 6 young people at a time. There are also some opportunities to get involved online or via the phone.

  • Wednesday’s (4:30 PM – 6:30 PM) – Innerstrength online sessions for girls aged 11-16. This involves an hour of fitness followed by an hour of wellbeing in partnership with Cardiff Met Sport.
  • Thursday’s (6 PM – 8 PM) – Online support via Facebook

  • Wednesday’s (1 PM – 4 PM) – Team in the City Centre.
  • Wednesday’s (6 PM – 9 PM) – Street Based Workers in Ely, Riverside & Grangetown, Splott & St Mellons.
  • Thursday’s (1 PM – 4 PM) – Team in the City Centre.

Street Based Youth Work Team also have a mobile provision team that works all over the city, but timings change often.
