What is the event?

The Senedd’s Education Team would like to invite you to our first live ‘It’s Debatable: A Mock Election Event’. The event, chaired by BBC Wales Cymru’s Political Correspondent Teleri Glyn Jones as part of Votes@16 week, is an opportunity for young people to be heard and have a voice.

How can I get involved?

There are two ways in which you can be part of our event;

1. Enter your own political party Aged 15-25? Form you own political party with your friends as part of your youth club or school. Submit your application by 12pm, Friday 19th February. Find out more about what it entails here or scan the QR code.

2. Sign up to watch Listen to the debate live by registering to attend as a guest via the Eventbrite page.

The deadline for entries is 12.00pm on 19th February.

Date: Friday 26th February 2021

Time: 5.00-6.15pm

Place: Online event

Who can attend the event?


This event is open for all young people aged 15-25, and is an opportunity for those from all backgrounds to be heard and take part. It’s a chance for young people to put forward issues that they are passionate about to other young people across Wales.
