Santa’s got his hat on, ho-ho-ho-hooray!
Take off your Santa hats and put on your creative caps because it’s competition time!
Are you aged 11-25?
Do you need something to do whilst the parents watch the Queen’s speech? Or maybe you just want to unleash your punderful soul this Christmas?
Are you a poet and you don’t even know it? Do you fancy yourself as the next J.K Rowling? or maybe, you’ve been working on a short story for a while and it needs the appreciation it deserves?
If you tick all of the above (or don’t!), then enter our sprouty competition! We’re looking for creative writing – from poetry, to stories, to anything your creative brain can come up with.
All entries will be published online here at thesprout.co.uk – Cardiff’s online magazine and information station (site!) for and by young people.
First place prize will get their work printed 10,000 times as part of a special printed zine which will be sent to all schools, colleges, libraries (and more!) across Cardiff in early 2017.
So if you want to get your work recognised submit your entries at thesprout.co.uk/contact or email info@thesprout.co.uk by Tuesday January 3rd 2017.
DID YOU KNOW? You can also submit news, views, reviews, advice, stories, and more to TheSprout – anytime!
