We’ve spotted two amazing opportunities from The Prince’s Trust, one of the best Welsh charities for young people.

Over the summer the Prince’s Trust are holding careers information sessions at Cardiff Central Library every Thursday, 4-7pm. Here’s what they wrote in a Facebook post:

On Thursdays from 4-7pm, we are hosting weekly Summer Sessions at the library for 16-30 year olds looking to choose their next step.

With no booking required and a different theme each week, call in for a chat with our dedicated team, and take your first steps to success.🥇🌟

Meanwhile, the Trust has also got in touch with The Sprout to advertise their Getting Started In Sport programme. This is aimed at getting young people into sports coaching.

It’s for 1 week and will focus on sports such as Football, Tennis, Basketball and Cricket. The course will involve taking part in coaching techniques, how to co-ordinate coaching and actually taking part in exercises.

The programme is based around giving someone the skills to get into coaching.
