TheSprout is looking to gather your COVID-19 lockdown experiences to create articles for TheSprout.

What is this survey about?

TheSprout is looking for feedback about your experiences and thoughts about the lockdowns in Cardiff due to COVID-19.

The survey consists of three questions which will require a detailed and honest response to your lockdown experiences and feelings during this time. You can either submit your response as text, or upload a video recording yourself answering the question if you would prefer. Please only submit a video if you are aged 16 or older.

What’s in it for me?

To thank you for your time and efforts, each person who submits this form completely will be entered into a prize draw with a chance to win a £50 voucher. Submissions are limited to one per person.

What happens to my data?

Once you have submitted your data, we will only require your name and email address to inform you if you’ve won the voucher. We will not share this information. After the competition, your details will be deleted, leaving only your answers to the questions.

By entering this competition, you are allowing us to use your responses to create articles and graphics for TheSprout website and social media. There is an option at the end of this survey to have your submission anonymised when publicised.
