Mae sawl astudiaeth wedi dangos y gall leihau lefelau&#8217;r cortisol (hormon straen) mewn ffordd rymus iawn.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Mae oddeutu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mentalhealth.org.uk\/sites\/default\/files\/FF16%20Wales%20WELSH.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">13% o oedolion yng Nghymru<\/a> wedi derbyn triniaeth ar gyfer cyflwr iechyd meddwl ac un o&#8217;r rhai mwyaf cyffredin ydy anhwylder pryder &#8211; cyflwr meddyliol sydd yn dangos ei hun mewn sawl ffordd, gan gynnwys cyflymu&#8217;r galon, diffyg anadl, cyfog, pinnau bach, a phyliau o banig weithiau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Beth sydd yn digwydd mewn pyliau o banig?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Gall pyliau o banig arwain at oranadlu yn aml, ac yn od iawn, gorlwytho ocsigen yw&#8217;r broblem. Pan fydd dy gorff yn canfod bygythiad, mae posib y byddi di&#8217;n dechrau anadlu&#8217;n sydyn, ac felly&#8217;n gorlwytho dy system gydag Ocsigen. Mae&#8217;r canlyniad yn rhywbeth annisgwyl: teimlad o &#8216;ddiffyg aer&#8217; neu fod yr ysgyfaint ddim yn gallu cymryd digon o aer fel sydd ei angen. Erthygl Meddwlgarwch\" width=\"465\" height=\"465\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Pam bod myfyrdod meddwlgarwch mor llwyddiannus yn erbyn panig?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Mae astudiaethau ar sawl gr\u0175p (gan gynnwys pobl sydd yn gwella o ganser, myfyrwyr coleg dan straen a chleifion h\u0177n) wedi dangos bod myfyrdod meddwlgarwch yn gostwng lefelau&#8217;r hormon straen cortisol (sy&#8217;n cael ei fesur yn y poer). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedaily.com\/releases\/2018\/04\/180423135048.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mae hyd yn oed un sesiwn myfyrdod meddwlgarwch<\/a> yn gallu lleihau pryder mewn llai nag awr. Un o elfennau mwyaf grymus myfyrdod meddwlgarwch ydy anadlu <strong><em>pranayamic<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(dan reolaeth) \u2013 sydd yn cynnwys cymryd anadl ddofn i mewn am sawl eiliad, a chymryd hirach fyth i anadlu allan. Pan rwyt ti&#8217;n gwneud y fath yma o anadlu, mae curiad y galon yn arafu&#8217;n syth, ac mae posib rheoli straen yn hytrach nag caniat\u00e1u iddo reoli ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Rhoi tro ar meddwlgarwch dy hun<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Mae ymarfer myfyrdod meddwlgarwch yn un ffordd o daclo straen yn rhagweithiol. Mae posib cychwyn gyda rhaglen fel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.headspace.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Headspace<\/a> neu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.calm.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Calm<\/a>. Mae clod mawr i&#8217;r ddau ohonynt ac mae amrywiaeth o bobl o swyddogion dan straen i\u00a0 blant yn eu defnyddio. Mae&#8217;r apiau yma yn darparu sesiynau anadlu a meddwlgarwch byr, gellir eu cwblhau mewn cyn lleied \u00e2 phum munud.
