Cychwynnodd y rhaglen Blues yn America ac mae wedi cael ei adnabod fel cefnogaeth y mae angen mawr amdano yn y DU. Mae Caerdydd wedi cael ei ddewis fel un o&#8217;r tair dinas gyntaf i gyflwyno&#8217;r rhaglen yn y DU.<\/p>\n<h3>Rydych chi wedi lansio gwasanaeth cefnogol gr\u0175p mewn ysgolion a cholegau yng Nghaerdydd. Beth yn union ydy gwasanaeth cefnogol gr\u0175p?<\/h3>\n<p>Mae staff y prosiect wedi derbyn hyfforddiant yn y Rhaglen Blues sydd wedi&#8217;i sefydlu ar dystiolaeth, yn cefnogi pobl ifanc gydag arwyddion cyntaf iselder a phryder. Mae&#8217;r sesiynau gr\u0175p yn awr o hyd ac yn cael eu cynnal dros 6 wythnos. Byddant yn cael eu cyflwyno mewn ysgolion a cholegau i bobl ifanc rhwng 15 a 18 oed. Mae&#8217;r set gyntaf o grwpiau yn cael eu cynnal rhwng mis Tachwedd a Rhagfyr yn Ysgol Uwchradd Gatholig St Illtyd, Ysgol Uwchradd Cathays a Hyfforddiant ACT.<\/p>\n<h3>Pan fydd rhywun yn dod atoch chi, beth yw&#8217;r broses? Ble ydych chi&#8217;n cyfarfod?<\/h3>\n<p>Gan ein bod yn gweithio gydag ysgolion a cholegau mae angen gwneud ymrwymiad gyda nhw i gychwyn i ddarparu cefnogaeth o fewn eu heiddo nhw. Unwaith y mae hyn wedi&#8217;i drefnu bydd y rhaglen yn agored i&#8217;r holl bobl ifanc rhwng 15 a 18. I adnabod y rhai fydd yn buddio o, neu bydda&#8217;n hoffi, cefnogaeth y Rhaglen Blues gofynnwn i&#8217;r myfyrwyr gwblhau holiadur ticio blychau, wedi&#8217;i sefydlu ar hwyliau a theimladau. Pan fydd yr holiaduron wedi&#8217;u llenwi gallem gynnig cefnogaeth i&#8217;r rhai sydd mewn hwyliau isel neu bryder.<\/p>\n<h3>Ydych chi&#8217;n cyfarfod cyn neu ar \u00f4l yr ysgol\/coleg?<\/h3>\n<p>Rydym yn hyblyg gyda&#8217;r amseru ac yn gweithio gyda&#8217;r ysgolion a&#8217;r unigolion sydd \u00e2 diddordeb yn y rhaglen i drefnu amser sydd fwyaf addas iddyn nhw.<\/p>\n<h3>Ydy pobl yn gallu hunangyfeirio?<\/h3>\n<p>Os yw unigolyn yn dymuno cefnogaeth y Rhaglen Blues yna byddem yn cynghori iddynt gysylltu \u00e2&#8217;r swyddog lles neu&#8217;r gefnogaeth fugeiliol yn yr ysgol, fel bod staff yr ysgol yn gallu cysylltu \u00e2&#8217;r t\u00eem Blues ar 02920 22803 i drefnu cefnogaeth.<\/p>\n<h3>Deallaf eich bod yn wasanaeth newydd ond fedrwch chi rannu straeon llwyddiant?<\/h3>\n<p>Mae&#8217;r rhaglen yma wedi cael croeso mawr yng Nghaerdydd ac mae nifer o ysgolion wedi cofrestru ar gyfer y gefnogaeth i&#8217;w disgyblion. Bydd y gefnogaeth yn cychwyn gyda phobl ifanc yn fis Tachwedd ac mae gennym chwech o grwpiau wedi&#8217;u hadnabod ac yn barod i fynd.
