Mae yna lawer o ymgyrchoedd a sefydliadau sydd yn annog pobl i siarad amdano. Mae ymchwil yn dangos bod gan un ymhob 8 plentyn neu berson ifanc broblem iechyd meddwl, felly mae&#8217;n fwy cyffredin nag y mae pobl yn ei feddwl.
