Cysyllta \u00e2 Glitter Cymru ar gyfryngau cymdeithasol am wybodaeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lgbtsport.cymru\/en-gb\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LGBT Sport Cymru <\/a><\/strong>&#8211; Wedi sefydlu yng Nghaerdydd, mae LHDT Chwaraeon Cymru yn herio canfyddiadau, chwalu rhwystrau a hyrwyddo cyfleoedd ar gyfer unigolion LHDTC+ mewn chwaraeon a gweithgaredd corfforol yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tht.org.uk\/centres-and-services\/cardiff\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Terrence Higgins Trust <\/a><\/strong>&#8211; Ei nod yw uchafu iechyd rhywiol yn y DU a lleihau&#8217;r lledaeniad o HIV a heintiau a drosglwyddir yn rhywiol (STIs).&nbsp; Yn cynnig cefnogaeth i rai gyda HIV a STIs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pridecymru.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pride Cymru<\/a> <\/strong>&#8211; Mae Pride Cymru yn elusen sydd yn cynnal Pride Cymru, digwyddiad blynyddol enfawr yn dathlu pobl LHDTC+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/switchboard.lgbt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Switchboard<\/a> <\/strong>\u2013<strong> <\/strong>Gwasanaeth gwrando cyfrinachol i bobl mewn cymunedau LHDTC+. Maent yn cynnig cefnogaeth ar y llinell gymorth o 10yb tan 10yh bob dydd.
