Q1. During lockdown, what is the most important thing that you’ve learnt about yourself?
My own company isn’t that bad and being lonely is sometimes good. Also, I learned how important it is to talk to people about how you feel and how important mental health and wellbeing is with yourself and everyone around you. I learnt it is important to check up on others regularly.
Q2. What has been your most memorable moment during lockdown?
During lockdown, I managed to lose a stone and focus on my mental health and well-being through all the time I had to myself. I enjoyed spending time with my family as we all were at home together. I also enjoyed going on my daily exercise for a walk with my mum and finding nice spots and places to explore that were just around the corner from my home.
Q3. Explain what things that you miss most from your life before COVID-19. How will you not take them for granted in the future?
I miss my big family gatherings for special occasions. I miss seeing my family members and friends and being able to go out clubbing and for drinks with them. I also miss not having the stress of worrying about potentially catching the virus and passing it on to others.
