The Children’s Commissioner for Wales wants to know how you’ve been affected by Coronavirus, by completing this survey.
The results will be used by the Welsh Government to make sure you’ve got everything you need to stay happy, healthy and safe.
- They don’t ask you for your name.
- There are no right or wrong answers.
- You don’t have to answer any questions that you don’t want to.
The survey should take you around 10 to 15 minutes to fill in.
You have until Wednesday 27 May to answer the questions, so don’t miss out!
