How do I get in touch?

If you would like some help, you can get in touch with CFAS using the Cardiff Family Gateway to get the information, advice and assistance you need in Cardiff.

You can contact the Family Gateway for free by phone (03000 133 133) or by email (

The Family Gateway Contact Officers will listen to your situation, suggest what support is best for you and then help you to access it. You may be able to get help from the Cardiff Family Help Team or Support4Families team in some circumstances. If these services aren’t right for what you need, the Family Gateway Contact Officers will be able to help you get the support you need elsewhere.

You’ll hear from some of the CFAS advisors and also from lots of young people who have shared their stories about getting help from the Cardiff Family Advice and Support service.
