Book Review: Not Yet Dark by Simon P. Clark

Not Yet Dark

Simon P. Clark

Young Adult, Paranormal & Fantasy | Atom | RRP £7.99

Not Yet Dark is a dark comedy for young adults. It’s about two school friends, Philippa and Danny, that go exploring in the ruins of a house that survived a landslide. The two children explore the house and come across a secret society, who are performing a ritual with ‘the book’ that can be used to summon death. The presence of Philippa and Danny disrupts everything and chaos ensues.

I believe that anyone should read this book because it’s funny and it has plenty of twists and turns which makes the story more exciting. I enjoyed these twists because they were so unexpected and it added a lot of fun to the story.

I would love to see a sequel to this book as it would make the storyline much more exciting. I would also like to see a book in the perspective of Dee and Garth.
